Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you'd like to return your purchase, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will provide a return authorization code along with instructions for the return. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of delivery, the sale is final.
bo is not responsible for return shipping costs, or the value of returned items that are lost en-route back to us. We recommend that you ship any returns with insurance & a tracking number.
All sale items (ending in .99) are final sale - no returns will be accepted.
